About Me:
Fishing has been a part of my life since I was a kid, when my dad and uncle first introduced me to the sport along the coast of New Jersey. As I got older, my passion only grew stronger. I spent countless hours chasing fish on the beaches of Jersey and casting lines into small inland lakes, ponds, and rivers with my friends. What started as fun turned into a lifelong obsession with the thrill of the catch.
After attending SUNY Potsdam, where I played four years of collegiate NCAA hockey and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, my love for fishing kept growing. Eventually, I moved to the Adirondacks, a region known for its wild beauty and world-class fishing. Here, I had the privilege of learning from some of the best anglers in the area, mastering tactics for targeting multiple species.
One of my favorite places to fish is the St. Lawrence River, especially when I’m after smallmouth bass. The river’s deep, cool waters are perfect for these hard-fighting fish, and that adrenaline rush from a good hookset never gets old. I also enjoy exploring the Adirondack backcountry lakes for trout and other species as the scenery alone makes every trip one to remember.
These days, I specialize in multi-species fishing and spend nearly every weekend on the water, whether I’m in my boat or out on the ice. Ice fishing has become one of my favorite ways to fish, and I’ve landed more than a few trophy fish through the hardwater over the years.
I recently upgraded to a 2025 Lund 1675 Adventure, a boat that gives me the perfect balance of comfort, space, and versatility. Whether I’m cruising the vast stretches of the St. Lawrence or sneaking into those hidden Adirondack gems, this setup lets me chase big fish in style.
Fishing and the outdoors are still at the heart of everything I do. My goal is to share that passion with others whether it’s through guided trips, swapping stories, or just enjoying a quiet day on the water. Every trip is a new adventure, and I’m always excited to see what the next cast brings.
